If you know what an NTU is, then you'll get this one.  And if you love coffee, then you HAVE to get this one!  Our founder, Nate, tested his favorite cup of coffee and found that is really was 438 NTU.  Not clean by clean water standards, but by coffee standards, it was the perfect cup of coffee.  (He likes a little sugar, too.  How do you take it?)
